These rules are best-effort safeguards for Zeus automatic chasers. They are not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Applicability and exemptions vary by channel, message purpose, consent, and recipient relationship.

All US geographic phone numbers use the recipient's local time. The 23 states below have additional restrictions; numbers outside those states still use the US contact hours.

How local time is estimated

Zeus estimates local time from the phone number's area code. Number portability and area codes that cross time zones mean the estimate may not match the recipient's current location. When more than one time zone is possible, Zeus uses the hours allowed in all of them.
